The following will serve as reading and reference “Manual” for the course.  Per permission from General Howard Prince, we recommend that you print it and place it in a 3-ring binder for easy use.   

Throughout the course, the instructors will make a reference to a particular section of the book for you to read and/or complete an assessment.  Simply add 20 to the number given to the actual page.  For example, if you wish to jump to page 245, search for page 265.  The reason for this is because the pdf counts for all pages in the book (cover, table of content, etc) increases the number in the book by 20 pages.
