Community Services Supervisor Randy Fujisaki – City of Hermosa Beach PD ~ rfujisaki@hermosabeach.gov ~ 310-748-1034
Randy Fujisaki is the Acting Community Services Field Supervisor for the Hermosa Beach Police Department.
Before being appointed to be a supervisor, Randy was a Community Services Officer responsible for parking enforcement, animal control, and community outreach. He has been with the Hermosa Beach Police Department since 2009 in various positions and currently is assigned to multiple collateral duties including scoff law enforcement, radio communications coordinator, and administrative duties.
Prior to joining the Hermosa Beach Police Department, Randy was a private contractor working as a freelance mobile notary catering to the legal and real estate community while providing marketing and promotional services.
Previous to working as private contractor, Randy was in the private sector where he was the General Manager of CopyPage, Inc. over seeing multiple locations and 120 employees including production personnel, a sales staff, and transportation services.

Roy Martin is currently the Patrol Division Commander for the City of Glendale Police Department, that assignment started in January of this year. Prior to taking over the patrol division, he was the Support Services Commander.
Before being appointed to be a supervisor, Roy worked his way through the ranks, field training officer, investigation detective, before promoting to rank of sergeant. During that time, he was the liaison for police department, that worked closely between Infinity Park Sports Complex and the police department. He was responsible scheduling officers for special events, rugby matches and any additional events at the city owned event center. Roy has been with the Glendale Police Department since 2002 in various positions and currently is assigned the patrol division, collateral duties including law enforcement, radio communications, fleet, and administrative duties.
Prior to joining the Glendale Police Department, Roy worked as a machinist for approximately 21 years, that included precision automotive engine balancing, before attending a police academy.

Officer Franco has served the City of Hermosa Beach for eight years. Officer Franco began his career as a Patrol Officer and worked in several other capacities in the Patrol Division, including Community Lead Officer, Traffic Officer, Field Training Officer, and Watch Commander. He was then assigned to the Investigative Bureau, where he investigated property crimes, sex crimes, and financial crimes. Recently, Officer Franco assisted in the Professional Standards Unit, where he had a hand in the hiring of several new officers. Officer Franco also assisted in the implementation of the Department’s new vision that will continue to place Hermosa Beach Police Department as a leader in policing in the 21st Century and beyond.
Officer Franco has a strong desire to impact the community he serves and the officers he serves with. Having been mentored and developed by many excellent leaders, he aspires to be the strongest leader he can be. His desire to develop his leadership skills has led him to the Command and Staff Leadership Program.
Officer Franco is married and has three wonderful children.
